Burry Expands Bearish Bets in Semiconductor Rally
Hedge fund investor Michael Burry increased his bearish bets on major chip stocks, selling short additional Micron shares at $933.86 and adding to his Nvidia short at $210.28, while expanding a large short position in the iShares Semiconductor ETF. He argues the semiconductor rally has run too far as AI spending and valuations come into question. His bets against Tesla and Palantir remain open, with Tesla positions shrinking as the stock falls, and he also boosted long exposure to Flutter and DraftKings.
