Dolphins Make Roster Moves, Sign CB and Release WR
The Miami Dolphins have signed cornerback Jamal Perry, who previously played 31 games for the team between 2019 and 2021, while also adding wide receiver Keke Coutee to their roster. In corresponding moves, cornerback Mark Gilbert and wide receiver Freddie Swain were waived with injury designations. Perry, formerly known as Jomal Wiltz, had 86 tackles and an interception during his previous stint with the Dolphins, and has also had brief stints with the Eagles and Patriots. Coutee was recently released by the Saints.
