Brendan Fraser Gears Up for The Mummy 4, Teasing a Reunion with Old Cast
Brendan Fraser says he’s training hard to return as Rick O’Connell in The Mummy 4, which is slated for a October 15, 2027 release. He chatted with Jimmy Fallon about reassembling the band — reuniting with Rachel Weisz and John Hannah for the long-awaited sequel — and noted his first action role in years as he works to get in shape at 57. Weisz, who played Evelyn in the first two films, is set to reprise her role, with John Hannah also back, following the franchise’s weaker 2008 installment Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.
