NYPD arrests man in Central Park murder of 63-year-old park resident
A 63-year-old woman was found dead in Central Park on Sunday morning, and 36-year-old Jonathan Robles was arrested and charged with murder. The victim, who lived in a park gazebo, suffered head trauma, while early reports of stabbing were retracted by police. Robles, a resident of a Midtown homeless shelter, surrendered to investigators and is awaiting arraignment.
