Xiaomi Preps July Foldable to Challenge Galaxy Z Fold 8
Xiaomi is reportedly returning to the book-style foldable market with a new device that could launch around July, possibly named Mix Fold 5 or Xiaomi 17 Fold, and using internally developed hinge, cameras, and UI; it would debut before Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 as competition intensifies (with Apple’s foldable rumored) after the Mix Fold 4’s China-only release and rivals like Honor and Oppo already going international.
