McBride Leads Week 5 TE Rankings as Johnson and Likely Surge
Trey McBride remains the top fantasy tight end for Week 5, but the position is defined by high variance and emerging stars. While McBride faces a favorable matchup against Detroit, the Saints' Juwan Johnson and Giants' Isaiah Likely have emerged as consistent, high-value options. Analysts warn that the position's depth is misleading due to single-week spikes, with only seven players considered reliable 'must-starts' through four games.
