Toledo festival shooting: suspect named, second shooter sought as 12 wounded
Toledo police identified 20-year-old Ka Nye Taylor as the suspect in the Old West End Festival shooting that wounded 12, and investigators are seeking a second shooter. Three victims were involved in a dispute and nine were bystanders; all victims are expected to survive, with nine released from hospital. Rewards are offered for information.
