SEC Softball Dominates NCAA Regionals with Multiple Advancements
Alabama softball advances to the NCAA super regional after a 1-0 win against Middle Tennessee State. Ally Shipman hit the go-ahead home run in the top of the seventh inning. Jaala Torrence pitched three games without allowing a run and struck out 18 batters. Kali Heivilin also had a standout performance at the plate with five RBI and two home runs. Alabama will face No. 12 Northwestern in the next round.
