Lightning strikes hit Northeast Ohio as severe storms passed through the region, with one viewer capturing a video of lightning striking the top of Key Tower in downtown Cleveland. The tower was struck twice within an hour, according to the viewer. FOX 8 is monitoring the impact of the storms, including power outages and damage across Northeast Ohio.
