Jordan Stolz, 21, finished second in the men’s 1,500m at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, narrowly behind gold medalist Ning Zhongyan as a speedskating field broke the previous Olympic record. Stolz had already claimed gold in the 500m and 1,000m earlier in the Games, giving him three medals but leaving him short of matching Eric Heiden’s five-gold haul; his final event remains the mass-start.
