South Africa Walking-Safari Guide Killed by Charging Elephant
Gary Freeman, a longtime walking-safari guide at Klaserie Private Nature Reserve in Limpopo, South Africa, was fatally attacked when a charging elephant struck him during a walking safari on April 9. SAPS said there’s no evidence the firearm he carried was used.
