Michaels expands experiential store format to three locations, adding Knit & Sew Shop and rewards-focused self-checkout
Michaels is rolling out an expanded experiential store concept to its third location, Rogers, Arkansas, after openings in Easton, Ohio and Irving, Texas. The refreshed format includes a prominent Michaels Knit & Sew Shop, expanded framing and personalization services (embroidery, engraving, made-to-order stickers), a Welcome Center, a rewards-member self-checkout queue, a unified florals/greens department, and a Pinterest Trend Bar, with plans to test more concept stores in 2026 and a party shop space that debuted in 2025.
