Drone Strike Knocks Rosneft's Kuibyshev Refinery Offline in Samara
A drone attack damaged Rosneft’s Kuibyshev refinery in Russia’s Samara region, hitting CDU-4 and CDU-5 and forcing a halt to oil processing. Each unit handles about 73,000 barrels per day. The Kuibyshev hub also includes the Syzran and Novokuibyshevsk refineries, which have been hit previously as Kyiv targets Russia’s energy infrastructure to disrupt fuel supplies and wartime revenues.
