Tennessee Lands Sharpshooter Forward Riley Makalusky from WVU
West Virginia forward Riley Makalusky, a 6-foot-2 sharpshooter, committed to Tennessee for the 2026-27 season, giving the Lady Vols another forward as they finalize a 15-player roster with a 13th transfer addition. Makalusky appeared in 38 games for WVU this season, averaging 4.4 points in 13.9 minutes with 42% shooting and 43.2% from three; she previously played two years at Butler, where she averaged 8.1 PPG as a sophomore and earned Big East All-Freshman honors. A Fishers, Indiana native and Indiana All-Star, she enhances UT’s perimeter shooting, as the program has also brought in several other transfers and has no remaining roster spots left for newcomers.
