Chazarreta-Tohus-Almendra args designs Chocon Terraces House.
The Chocon Terraces House, located in Neuquén, Argentina, consists of two tourist accommodation units with direct views of the dam and the Ezequiel Ramos Mexia reservoir. The project aimed to minimize intervention in the land and highlight its characteristics. Concrete was used as the main construction material due to its durability and low maintenance. The roofs were turned into accessible terraces with jacuzzis to enjoy the landscape. The interiors have a simple and functional distribution, while the exterior landscaping uses rocks, natural soil, and vegetation from the environment.
