Modder Lance McDonald has managed to get the cult-classic PS4 exclusive game Bloodborne running on the PS5 at 1080p and 60 frames per second. McDonald released an unofficial patch for the game on the PS4 years ago, but now players can experience the improved performance on the next-gen console without any upscaling or modifications.
Modder and streamer Lance McDonald has discovered evidence that Bloodborne, the iconic PS4-exclusive game, is playable on PC. McDonald found that an environment artist at FromSoftware contributed an image to the Bloodborne Fandom Wiki that was taken on a retail build of the game running on Windows, not the build used to develop it. McDonald previously managed to get Kojima's unplayable horror experience, P.T., running on an unmodified PS5, and even got Bloodborne running at 60fps on a modded PS4.
