President Donald Trump is reportedly set to participate in a pre-race lap of honor around the 1.7-mile Freedom 250 Grand Prix street circuit in Washington, DC, a course that weaves along Pennsylvania Avenue past the Capitol as part of America's 250th anniversary celebrations ahead of the Aug. 23 IndyCar race.
