Apple TV’s 'Brothers' Resolves the McConaughey-Harrelson DNA Mystery in Finale
The eight-episode Apple TV+ comedy 'Brothers' concludes its first season with a definitive answer to the long-standing rumor that Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson are half-brothers. Showrunner Lee Eisenberg confirmed that the finale resolves the genetic question, though the series ends on a cliffhanger to facilitate a potential second season. The show, which premiered on September 23, blends scripted storytelling with the actors' real-life friendship, featuring a fictionalized gubernatorial campaign for McConaughey and a chaotic family road trip for Harrelson.
