Tolabow, Loch Rascal Gets Clarified Oracle Text for Commander Play
Tolabow, Loch Rascal's rules text has been clarified in the Oracle database for commander play: you choose one non-blue color, and your deck may include instant and sorcery cards that are blue and/or that color in their color identity, but no other colors; basic lands are allowed. This is a functional change from the printed text, and the update is documented in Mystery Booster Commander Edition release notes and Gatherer rulings.
