
Brandon Clarke’s death ruled an accident from heroin and cocaine mix
Former NBA player Brandon Clarke died at 29 from the combined effects of heroin and cocaine, ruled an accidental death by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner; authorities found drug paraphernalia near his body after he was found unresponsive in a San Fernando Valley home on May 11. Clarke spent seven seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies and was mourned by the team.
