Reese Sets Rebound Records as Dream Top Sparks in 78-71 Win
Angel Reese set a WNBA single-game rebound record with 26 boards and, four days later, pushed the season total rebounds mark to 458 as the Atlanta Dream beat the Los Angeles Sparks 78-71. The win improves Atlanta to 25-13 and keeps them No. 4 in the playoff standings, a half-game behind the Aces for No. 3. Reese had previously become the first player with at least 20 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three steals without missing a shot. Atlanta next faces Connecticut before a three-week World Cup break.
