SMG2 1.4.0 Update Adds Lubba Story in Storybook on Switch 2
Nintendo released Super Mario Galaxy 2 version 1.4.0 for Switch and Switch 2, adding a new Lubba–themed story in the Storybook and general fixes for smoother gameplay. The new story can be read once Final Chapter is available in the Storybook by clearing any galaxy and earning a Power Star; Switch 2 players must have version 1.2.0+ to play. An Animal Crossing: New Horizons patch also rolled out the same night.
