Path of Exile 3.29 Curse of the Allflame Expands Mercenaries, Luminary, and Sea-floor Loot
Path of Exile’s 3.29 Curse of the Allflame launches July 24, adding Mercenaries with a new Luminary Ascendancy, sea-floor exploration via Lost Charts and Voyages, and broad endgame reworks to Legion, Abyss, and Talismans. Mercenaries are no longer permanent unless hired by the Luminary, can be bottled for later fights, and do not count as extra players. Item sockets shift to white by default, Chromatic Orbs guarantee a color and can grant +10% gem quality when colors match. Self-cast buffs receive many spell buffs. The patch also introduces new league starters, updated guides, and the Build Progression Tool to help players navigate the changes.
