One More Level and Lyrical Games have set the launch price for the first-person souls-like Valor Mortis at $39.99, a decision driven by the exceptionally crowded fall 2026 release schedule. The game, which features a 20-hour campaign set during the Napoleonic Wars, will launch on October 13 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Publisher Lyrical Games stated that the lower price point is intended to position the title as an 'add-on' purchase for players buying other major releases, such as GTA 6 and the Zelda remake. The game will also be available day-one on Xbox Game Pass, a strategy the publisher believes will drive word-of-mouth without significantly cannibalizing sales.

The first-person Soulslike launches October 13 on PC, PS5, and Xbox, featuring a 20-hour campaign and day-one Game Pass availability. A $60 Deluxe Edition includes a 2027 story DLC and weapon skins.
