Neo 2 aims higher: A19 Pro power, 12GB RAM, AI features, colors, and a 2027 launch
Apple’s MacBook Neo 2 is reportedly in the works with an A19 Pro chip, delivering about 10-15% faster CPU and up to 40% GPU gains versus the A18 Pro, plus a likely 5-core GPU variant. It will upgrade RAM to 12GB (up from 8GB) and should support Apple’s on-device AI model unveiled at WWDC, enabling improved dictation and Siri customization. Bloomberg notes color updates are planned periodically, and a 2027 release is anticipated.
