Marine veteran killed in Fox River boat crash as drunk boater faces charges
A 48-year-old Marine veteran, Magdalena Jablonska, was killed when a speeding, allegedly intoxicated boater crashed into her family’s pontoon on the Fox River. Prosecutors say Richard Stevenson’s blood alcohol was twice the legal limit and he faces aggravated DUI and reckless homicide charges; he has a lengthy DUI history.
