"Massive Android Spyware Threat: Delete These Popular Apps Now"
Antivirus company Doctor Web has discovered spyware in over 100 Android applications with more than 421 million cumulative downloads in Google Play. The malicious module, named 'SpinOk', is distributed as a marketing SDK and can collect information about files, send files to attackers, and steal clipboard content. Google has been notified and has removed some of the apps, but some versions of the apps still contain the malicious SDK. The affected apps include Noizz, Zapya, VFly, MVBit, and Biugo.
