Foreigners among 21 dead as Delhi's Malviya Nagar blaze rages
A five-storey bed-and-breakfast building in Delhi’s Malviya Nagar caught fire on Wednesday morning, killing 21 people, including 18 foreign nationals from Nigeria, Mozambique, Bangladesh, Somalia, Liberia and Afghanistan.
