Derrick Henry Surpasses Marcus Allen for Third in NFL Rushing TDs

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry scored three rushing touchdowns in a 41-23 Week 1 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, moving to third on the NFL’s all-time rushing touchdown list. The 32-year-old surpassed Hall of Famer Marcus Allen with 125 career rushing scores, finishing with 144 yards on 24 carries. This performance highlights a significant offensive shift under new coordinator Declan Doyle, who prioritized traditional under-center runs over the previous shotgun-heavy system. Henry’s durability and efficiency, including 21 under-center rushes for 137 yards, suggest he remains a dominant force despite his age, with only Emmitt Smith and LaDainian Tomlinson ahead of him in the record books.

Mizzou Basketball secures top recruits Marcus Allen and Ryan Wingo

Four-star forward Marcus Allen has committed to the University of Missouri's basketball team, choosing the Tigers over Miami and Stanford. Allen, who is ranked 31st in 247Sports' composite, brings length, strength, and agility to the team, blurring the line between the wing and combo forward positions. His offensive role has been limited in high school, but he has shown potential as a scorer and has the ability to guard and rebound effectively. Allen's commitment strengthens MU's recruiting class and puts them in contention for a top 20 ranking.
