Secret 2015 Settlement Ties Raquel Lee to Mark Curry Before Disney Case
Raquel Lee, a former child actress who filed a negligence suit against Disney over alleged on-set sexual abuse during The Poof Point (2001) at age 14, disclosed that she privately settled in 2015 with Mark Curry, who played her father in the film. Represented by Gloria Allred, the confidential deal predates her Disney case and surfaces as she contends Disney failed to protect her; Curry did not respond to inquiry, and Disney declined to comment. Lee has since worked with Disney in other capacities, including voice roles on The Proud Family and its revival.
