Dolphins waive Gronowski, bring in Kyle McCord to back up Malik Willis
The Dolphins are reportedly waiving quarterback Mark Gronowski and signing Kyle McCord to join Miami’s quarterback room as the likely backup to Malik Willis, completing the move with a 2028 sixth-round pick sent to Green Bay; Gronowski is expected to land on the Dolphins’ practice squad if he clears waivers, while McCord arrives without preseason reps but with a Packers connection to coordinator Kevin Patullo.
