Seattle Belltown violence leaves one dead, one critically injured as bystander neglect draws outrage
Three separate shootings in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood over Labor Day weekend resulted in three deaths. While one suspect has been arrested for the killing of Tionna Simpson, the shooter in the incident that killed Isaac Elijah Rios and critically injured Matthew Lanske remains at large. Lanske’s family alleges that bystanders and store workers filmed his injuries instead of providing aid, sparking public outrage and a $1,000 reward for information.
