Maureen McCormick Honors Sid Krofft, Puppetry Pioneer Behind Brady Bunch Era
Maureen McCormick paid tribute on Instagram to Sid Krofft, the puppeteer and co-creator of The Brady Bunch Variety Hour, who died at 89 from natural causes, reportedly peacefully in his sleep at the home of friend Kelly Killian. Krofft, who with brother Marty Krofft created H.R. Pufnstuf and Land of the Lost and produced The Brady Bunch Variety Hour, was remembered by fans and co-stars, including McCormick at Krofft’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2020; Marty Krofft died in 2023.
