Vikings trim QB room by waiving Max Brosmer
The Minnesota Vikings are waiving quarterback Max Brosmer to trim their roster from four to three QBs after adding two players via waivers. Brosmer, an undrafted free agent out of New Hampshire who spent five college seasons there and one with Minnesota, appeared in seven games with two starts as a rookie, logging 328 passing yards on 66.2% completion with no touchdowns and four interceptions. He could land on Minnesota’s practice squad if he clears waivers; the Vikings still have Carson Wentz and J.J. McCarthy behind starting quarterback Kyler Murray on the depth chart.
