Newark Mayor Sues Trump-Linked Lawyers and Officials Over Arrests and Prosecution
Newark Mayor Ras Baraka has filed a federal lawsuit against U.S. Attorney Alina Habba and Homeland Security agent Ricky Patel, alleging his arrest outside an immigration detention center was motivated by political malice and resulted in false arrest and malicious prosecution, following the dropping of charges against him.
