SpaceX Sets 4/20 as Target Date for Starship Launch Retry
SpaceX is targeting Thursday morning for the second launch attempt of its Starship megarocket after a valve issue caused the scrub of the first attempt on Monday. The launch window opens at 9:28 a.m. ET and closes at 10:30 a.m. ET. The mission is expected to last for 90 minutes, with the Super Heavy booster falling into the Gulf of Mexico and the Starship upper stage reaching an orbital altitude and traveling as far as Hawaii before ending with a splashdown in the Pacific Ocean.
