Tate brothers begin extradition fight in Miami court amid 59-charges UK case
Andrew and Tristan Tate appeared in a Miami federal court to start extradition to the United Kingdom on 59 charges, including rape and sex trafficking, with 38 new charges added. The brothers say they are innocent and will fight extradition, and a next hearing is set for July 27 as US authorities’ decision on extradition is expected within roughly 60 days. They have been detained in Florida since arrest near a bare-knuckle event, and face related charges in Romania and a US civil suit.
