Instructor jumps midair; student lands plane solo in Argentina
A 42-year-old flight instructor, Leandro Bertazzo, jumped from a moving Cessna 150 during a lesson in Toledo, central Argentina, leaving his 22-year-old student Rosario to land the plane by herself. Rosario managed to land safely and the aircraft sustained no damage, while Bertazzo died. Prosecutors will investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
