"The Future of 'The Late Late Show' Without James Corden"

No one is replacing James Corden on The Late Late Show, which will end after three decades. CBS plans to reboot @midnight for the 12:30 a.m. time slot, with Stephen Colbert as executive producer. Corden is leaving the show to spend more time with his family in London and to finish on a high note. His final episode will air on April 27, 2023, and will feature a final Carpool Karaoke with Adele. CBS CEO George Cheeks wants to experiment with the late-night format and find the right replacement format.
