Paul Pelosi Could Face Misdemeanor After Napa Hit-and-Run
Paul Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi’s husband, may face misdemeanor charges after a July Napa County hit-and-run in which he struck a parked car and fled; no injuries were reported, a breathalyzer showed no alcohol, and the Napa County District Attorney will decide whether to file charges, with the DMV asked to evaluate his ability to drive given his age. Pelosi previously pleaded guilty to DUI in 2022.
