Ukraine's Air Force launched 15 strikes on enemy positions, while missile units destroyed 2 enemy anti-aircraft missile systems and 1 radar station in the past 24 hours. The enemy launched 28 airstrikes and about 20 MLRS attacks on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas in the past day. The threat of further missile attacks and air strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains very high.
Japan has stationed up to 570 troops, including missile units, at a new base on Ishigaki island near China and Taiwan to bolster its defense capabilities in the region. The move comes amid increasing tensions over the disputed Senkaku Islands, claimed by China and Taiwan. This is Japan's fourth military station in Okinawa since 2016, with missile squads capable of launching land-to-ship and land-to-air missiles. China has increased its presence in the region, including sending warplanes into Taiwan's air defense identification zone.
