Israel to Test Missile Defense Systems in Kyiv and Germany.
Israel is reportedly set to test an early warning system in Kyiv next month, which will alert Ukraine of incoming Russian strikes. The system will only feature alerts and not interception capabilities. The system will first be deployed in Kyiv and then expand to other Ukrainian cities if successful. The Israeli warning system uses a mix of radar and electro-optic devices to detect rocket, missile, and drone launches, classify the size and the threat they represent, and pinpoint on a map the areas that are in danger.
