The search for a missing fisherman in Queensland, Australia has been called off after human remains were found in two crocodiles in the area where he disappeared. The 65-year-old victim was fishing in the Kennedy River at Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park when he went missing. The two crocodiles, measuring roughly 13 feet and 9 feet in length, were euthanized by Department of Environment and Science wildlife officers and located upstream from where the fisherman was last seen.

The incident occurred in the Kennedy River at Rinyirru (Lakefield) National Park, a known crocodile area. This is the 13th fatal crocodile attack in Queensland since 1985. Rangers killed the crocodiles "within 10 seconds of one another," and it is highly unusual to find two crocodiles feeding on one human victim.
