In Persona 3 Reload, starting Mitsuru Kirijo's Social Link to unlock the Empress Arcana bonus XP in the Velvet Room's Persona fusions requires waiting until November and having a Rank 6 in the Academics Social Stat. Players can also join Mitsuru in Tea crafting sessions before November to obtain SP Recovery items. This Social Link unlocks Mitsuru's Personality trait for Theurgy attacks and the ability to craft new SP Recovery Teas.
