T-Mobile Raises Regulatory Fees for Second Time in 2026, Adding $1 to Monthly Bills
T-Mobile is increasing its Regulatory Programs and Telco Recovery Fee by $1.00 per voice line, effective October 12, 2026. This marks the second fee hike this year and the third in 18 months, raising the monthly cost to $5.49 per line. Mobile internet lines will also see a $0.50 increase, rising to $2.60 per line. These changes affect all customers regardless of their specific plan or price lock status, as the fees are separate from base plan pricing.
