Alonso Concedes Chelsea’s Defensive Fragility Cost Hull City a Point
Chelsea drew 2-2 with Hull City, failing to secure a win despite a strong start, as defensive errors allowed Hull to equalize and take the lead. Manager Xabi Alonso criticized his team's 'soft' defending, noting that while the attack is potent, the defense remains vulnerable. Hull, unbeaten in four games, capitalized on Chelsea's mistakes, with Mohamed Belloumi scoring twice. The result highlights ongoing issues for Chelsea in maintaining control after taking the lead.
