
Akai Refreshes MPC One and Key 37 With Faster CPUs, More RAM and Storage
Akai has refreshed its MPC One sampler and MPC Key 37 workstation with an 8-core processor, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, enabling faster load times, larger projects, and up to 32 virtual instruments and 16 stereo tracks in standalone mode. They run MPC 3.9, feature a 7-inch multitouch display, USB-C for audio capture, and ship with Native Instruments Analog Dreams; the MPC One G2 costs $800 and the Key 37 G2 $1,000, both available now.
