
Tragic Death of Former Child Star Evan Ellingson Revealed as Accidental Overdose
Former child star Evan Ellingson's cause of death has been revealed as an accidental fentanyl overdose. The 35-year-old actor, known for his roles in CSI: Miami and My Sister's Keeper, was found dead in his home in Fontana, Calif., earlier this month. Ellingson had struggled with drugs and was residing in a sober-living home prior to his death. Abigail Breslin, his co-star in My Sister's Keeper, paid tribute to him as a "wonderful and sweet soul."
