Day 415 of Russia-Ukraine War: Latest Updates and Developments.

The FBI has arrested a 21-year-old air national guardsman suspected of leaking classified US defence documents on Ukraine, while the UN nuclear chief has warned of the dangers of landmine explosions near Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia plant. Ukraine’s armed forces have said Russian troops are attempting to surround the embattled city of Bakhmut, and the IMF has warned of a new cold war due to the fragmentation of the global economy. Serbia’s president has denied selling weapons to Ukraine or Russia, while Russia’s prosecutor general has opened an investigation into a video showing Russian soldiers apparently beheading a Ukrainian prisoner of war. Norway will expel 15 Russian embassy officials who it said were intelligence officers, and Alexei Navalny’s spokesperson has said he is grappling with a mystery ailment in jail that could be some sort of slow-acting poison.
