Yerba Buena Turns an NPC into a Puzzle-Solving Hero

Focus Entertainment and Mad About Pandas announced Yerba Buena, a first-person puzzle-platformer told from the perspective of an NPC in an abandoned game world. Set in a surreal 1970s San Francisco, Barb uses a device called the Oscillator to copy and reapply movement and physics to solve inventive environmental puzzles as she works to save the city. The game is headed to PS5, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam), with a release date to be announced.
